Sales Policy

All ordered products are for final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Orders may not be canceled or changed once they have been shipped.  

All damaged or defective merchandise must be inspected by the customer and Hiltz Lauber must be notified within 5 days of delivery by email in order to obtain a replacement. A Damaged Merchandise Form must be completed pending return and approval. Damaged merchandise must be returned to Hiltz Lauber within 10 days of approval of the return.
